Lecacy

When I bought my new helmet at THV motoren I found there parked outside a dark-green Yamaha 660 "grizzly" Quad. Forget what you know about moped quads, about quads being toys. This was a mighty machine, tough, wide, ready to do what has to be done.

And as often, when owning a CX500, you soon find yourself in a conversation, that olmost always start with "Hey, a CX500, I used to have one of those myself....."
The owner of the Yanaha had a CX500 once. He bought the bike in crates and boxes from under a bed, so he told me. The bike didn't exist anymore, but he had some parts left. "Come, look at that" he said, as he walked with me outside. "Do you see the cases ?". Yes, I did see the cases. They were hard to mis. But what was so extraordinarily about them ? Then I saw it: on the standard Yamaha-racks some parts of a Krauser set where mounted, and on that lay a complete set Krauser cases. "From the old CX......" told the man.
